Private coaching: Creating a training plan

This includes
  • First session: Skill evaluation and objectives. Time: 90 minutes
  • Second session: Presentation, explanation and demonstration of the training plan. Time: 90 minutes
  • Third session: Climbing assessment and mid-cycle adjustments. Time: 60 minutes.
  • Fourth session: Progression analysis and end of training cycle assessment. Time: 60 minutes.
